Alliance Member and New Age of Aging Mentee Receives Grant

Alliance for Children and Families member and New Age of Aging mentee agency Personal & Family Counseling Services of Tuscarawas Valley received a $30,000 grant to enhance and expand its Senior Outreach Program.

PFCS is matched with mentor agency Family Service of Roanoke Valley in the Mentoring Initiative of the New Age Aging. They are working towards integrating a PFCS social worker into a local senior center to perform outreach and mental health services.

The New Age of Aging congratulates PFCS on this achievement, and thanks the agency for all it is doing to support community older adults!
